Bol is the oldest coastal town on the island Brac, and from the town of fishermen and wine growers it became a well-known tourist centre. It is difficult to show you in brief what Bol represents today but it is definitely the place for your ideal holiday!

You can come to Bol by car, bus, train, airplane and ferry.


Bol is just about an hour away by boat from city of Split, who is well connected with the rest of Croatia and Europe. Brac has also its own airport, which makes it possible to come to Bol on a fast and comfortable way. By bus and car you come to Split and further on you take the ferry from Split to Brac or you can also take the catamaran directly to Bol.

The climate of Bol has all the characteristics of a distinctive Mediterranean climate or the so-called "olive" climate: long, hot and dry summers and short, mild and rainy winters.

Bol has a beautiful nature and unique beach Zlatni rat, Vidova gora the highest peak of the Adriatic islands, the intact nature, lawns, vineyards, crystal clear sea, and beaches. Bol is a meeting place for people from all over the world and a favorite summer resort for celebrities.

Beyond nature and beautiful beaches Bol has sport activities and entertainments. Bol has a well known windsurfing centre where the contests are held and where you can learn surfing. It has a diving school as well. In Bol there is one of the world famous tennis centers. Some other sport activities are volley ball on sand, mountain bike, jet ski and more. The entertainment consists of café bars, cocktail bars, concerts, cultural event, museum etc.
